Occasionally, I will send out emails for related products or services that may be of a benefit to you.

Refunds!

While Refunds of my Products are very Rare. I would like you to read all the following.

If you make a sale and the customer wants a refund, then you are responsible for taking care of this. Their PayPal receipt will show that the money has been paid to you and you will be the one they will initially contact.

Being willing to refund is part of what you agree to when you register so if a reseller refuses to provide a refund on request, our software will direct all future sales through that reseller ID to me. This is necessary to protect the integrity of my program, and prevent having unhappy customers.

If one of your customers asks for a refund, you can also get a refund of the Paypal FEES you paid if you login to Paypal, find the item they're asking a refund for, click on the Transaction Details link and then scroll to the very bottom of the page. There is a link marked 'Issue Refund'. By using it, you will get a refund on the fees you paid Paypal for receiving that money.
